RYLR896, combining a NUVOTON MCU with Semtech’s high-performance LoRa RF

frequency range and, under good transmission conditions, can achieve up to 20km
range while offering higher receiver sensitivity, down to -129dBm. Like the RYLR896, it
is controlled over UART using simple AT commands, making it fast to integrate for
smart home, smart agriculture, on-board vehicle systems, and energy-monitoring
applications where both small size and long range matter. Reyax markets the
RYLR998 as a cost-effective replacement for older ASK/FSK transmission
