The LM2664M6/NOPB is an easy-to-use, inductorless charge pump (switched-capacitor) DC-DC converter from Texas Instruments, offering a small-sized, simpler solution with higher efficiency than LDO regulators for negative voltage generation. It inverts a 1.8V–5.5V input to a corresponding -1.8V to -5.5V output, delivering up to 40mA output current with 91% efficiency and a switching frequency of 80kHz. It has a 12Ω typical output resistance and 500µA quiescent current, operating across -40°C to +85°C. Packaged in the compact 6-pin SOT-23-6 for space-constrained analog/mixed-signal designs, RoHS compliant.
